vaalaithandu poriyal

Coconut 1 moodi ginger 1 inch, green chilly 3  Pottu kadalai 3 tablespoons  curry leaves 3 springs Grind and serve variation if you put red chilly then put garlic just 1 pallu)  ginger and green chilly is one variation  garlic and red chilly is another variation

banana Bajji, vazhakkai bajji

Gram flour 1/2 kg 1 karandi idly maavu salt  chilly powder 2 teaspoons asafetida 1/2 tsp Soda 1 pinch mix W water and it must not be too thick or thin

potato masala

Potato 5 onion 2 fry very golden brown ginger garlic paste 1 tsp fry or you can also put just crushed garlic tomato , 1 tsp fry green chilies 3 turmeric, salt water 1 close and keep

peanut kadalai chutney

Fry Peanuts 1 tumbler 200 grams in sim until golden brown  fry below ingredients in oil until smell comes coriander seeds  1/2 teaspoons  cumin seeds 1 teaspoon  To that below ingredients add in nixie  tamarind small coconut 1/2 moodi dry red chili 4 Grind in mixie and garnish

Thakkali Chutney

Onion 2 tomato 3  oil, 4 red chilies, 1 tablespoons,  kadali paruppu, 1 tablespoons urad dhal, fry big onion 2 after onion fries,  tomato 3 after it fries well, then curry leaves 5 springs, lastly coconut 3 tablespoons just 2 minutes stir and salt dry and grind
